Took a while to arrive but this was down to UK Customs & Excise and the Xmas period and all in all was kept in the loop via parcel tracking and direct emails from Roman at Zoundhouse, who was superb and answered all questions when contacted. Guitar was superbly outer packaged by Zoundhouse and arrived brand spanking new and undamaged. In the end, a pleasure to deal with, despite delays mentioned, many thanks for a guitar I thought I'd missed out on as out of stock in UK

    Genuine PRS replacement part in original packaging and in new, unused condition. Item as described by PRS and Zoundhouse, much to my satisfaction. Direct fit with no issues on installation. Took a considerable amount of time to arrive, but certainly no fault of the seller. Relieved when it FINALLY showed up, and definitely worth the wait, as this particular part is not available anywhere in the US! Have dealt with Zoundhouse previously, and absolutely recommend them for any instrument needs.

    I made the error of ordering and not checking import VAT / Tax to the UK - seller very understanding and quick to agree a refund prior to dispatch. Thank you - I would use again, if I’d calculated the VAT/Tax correctly! It is mentioned in the desecration to be fair - it was my oversight, sorry for the faff!

    What a beautiful ukulele. Delivered early, well packaged and exactly as described. This is no fault of the company who sold it, but import taxes left little short of £100 on top of the price and delivery charges paid for the ukelele.
