  I just received these pants this afternoon! This seller is the BEST ebayer I've ever done business with. They politely sent me personal notes to check in, and let me know when the pants were arriving. (today). I not only like these pants, it was love at first sight. I put them on, and they were exactly what I hoped for and MORE. They have deep pockets and are perfectly made for my body. I've got long legs and a short torso, and I am short, at 5'2" 3/4. I'm very happy!! Thank you so much!

  Today 5 times, I have asked you for a dollar $$ amount that you will be willing to refund me for the $14.39 item I purchased. 10% of the shipping cost back to you? 25%? 50%??? 75%??? I have STILL not received a definite answer from you other than to say on 1/31/25 that "We have informed the return department to accept your return request." That is not a sufficient answer, as I still do not know how much of the return charge I will still be responsible for. I can not afford to pay $32+ for a $14
