  I received the hitch as pictured. Everything was packed perfectly, except for the lack of mounting hardware. I contacted the seller and was offered a full refund. I didn't want a refund because I needed the hitch and didn't want to ship it back. They offered a $25 then a $35 refund on my purchase. The cost of the replacement hardware from another ebay seller was +/- $70. At this point, the hitch is mounted up solid, but I still had to overpay for missing hardware.
