  Good quality machine, but it came missing a bolt for one of the rollers. I asked seller to send the missing bolt, but I was offered only increasingly generous cash discounts that started at $5 and eventually reached 50% of the purchase price. I stayed firm on my request for the missing part (because who has time to go searching for a matching bolt?).
