  the description is incorrect, the modules were not "unused, open box" but used and abused, one module was physically damaged, another module seemed intact however both of them were not detected by the operating system, I had to return them for a refund. seller shipped the package fast but Ebay Global Shipping Program was very slow, I will not use it again, and advise all buyers to use freight forwarding companies instead, as Ebay GSP became expensive and much slower than it was in the past years

  I was expecting to receive 645A cartridges, & ordered just 2 cartridges out of a unit of 4, which seller agreed to. Upon receipt, found that I possibly made a mistake on my part in ordering 504A toners. Contacted seller, which in turn gave a full refund, and didn't need them back! I was surprised to say the least.
