I have contact the seller asked for ETA or need resend the item but they just keep ignore my messages I also asked for refund but they never reply and I cannot get my money back They are horrible scammer just took the money and run away. I won’t trust this seller anymore, will never buy anything from them!!!!!! They are absolutely  horrible!!!!!!!!

After contacting the seller on several occasions to try and arrange it to be swapped, I gave up as this person didn’t bother to get back to me at all. I am not giving this seller any star rating at all for communication as he/she didn’t!

Weeks later it had still not arrived so I messaged them and they quickly responded to please close the case with eBay and they will send another one tracked. I closed the case and then they stopped responding. I asked for a refund and they said they had run out of the colour I ordered and choose another. I chose another and it’s been over a week and they haven’t responded. NOT GOOD ENOUGH! $17 scammed and down the drain!!!!
