  Package was not as described in the ad. Model was completely the wrong scale. Seller communication was great and they did give a refund. Postage was very quick.

  Our product includes two different sizes. One size is specified in the product title, and the other size is clearly displayed in the description details. Regarding the buyer's claim that the size was completely incorrect, this was due to the buyer's failure to carefully review the product description details and not communicating with us at all before purchasing. Nonetheless, we still issued a full refund to the buyer without requiring them to return the product to us.
