BEST BOOK EVER
I was diagnosed with Lymphoma and followed Chris Wark's program for fighting cancer. I treated it naturally and have been cancer free ever since. Now his book has come out and I bought it although I already know his recommendations of wisdom through a very difficult situation, I have followed Chris online, often reading the testimonies on his site. This book is very readable and makes compelling reading for anyone interested in health and nutrition. I appreciate that Chris holds strong Christian values, indeed it is the simple, natural, fresh, fruit and veg, that God has given us, that are the key to healing in the body. Chris's testimony is very interesting, and the book is then dedicated to advice on moving forward with determination to improve your health through diet, exercise, positive thinking and attitude addressing our spiritual health. I had never heard of him before chemo, so I went that route not knowing any better. I went thru chemo, and it is no fun, was sick most of the time and could not eat because of nausea, lost lots of weight, so if you think chemo is the answer then by all means use it.
