Wanted to upgrade laptop. This is a P socket chip. Had doubts about it working as unlikely on board chipset could handle it. Anyway it couldn't!!! So mobo changed (used one), replaced HDD with SSD and ram upgraded...well pleased now.Read full review

For me it was easy

It was easy to install to my acer aspire 5735z its just that it makes a bottleneck as my integrated GPU is absolutely terrible.
The only 2 problems were the bottleneck and heat
