Wife loves this machine. Great home machine, quite, great features and it works!! Ever since it arrived she has been singing it's praises. This is not an industrial, commercial machine but, it is well built. The auto threader and thread cutter are an awesome feature. A Whole New World!

This Janome sewing machine has greatly improved my sewing experience. My old machine (different brand) did a good job for what it was designed to do, but this glorious Janome almost purrs as I sew. This machine makes quilting an enjoyable hobby. I would highly recommend it for quilting.
I have not explored the different stitches yet, so I cannot leave feedback for this feature.
I am going to be able to save hundreds of dollars by not sending my quilt tops out to be quilted. And I get the pride of being able to say I did 100% of the job.Read full review

Very lightweight compared to my Janome Memory Craft 8000, making it so easy to move around.

I purchased this machine as an Open Box item, not knowing exactly what that meant, but I would do it again in a heartbeat. The instruction book is ideal for visual people and covers every detail. I was very impressed how smoothly it sews through multiple layers of fabric and not slow down. I am loving the fact it will cut the thread when you finish sewing; saves a lot of arm movement. I have not used all of the designs but am very confident it will do everything I have in mind.
