...I thought it was a pair. Had to get an extra, but I will be getting more of these. They're quite good.
I bought this for use in a roleplaying game, so I wasn't looking for something super-bright. This was exactly what I was looking for. It's bright enough to be clearly visible, but not blinding. It's hard to see during the day, so if you need it for daytime use, this one is probably not your best bet, but it's readily identifiable at night.
It stays on very well and is quite hardy, but it's also not so tight that it's uncomfortable. The one caveat: it's easy to accidentally click the lights off if you hit the switch, so check them periodically to make sure they're still on. The only real downside to how snugly they go on is that if you put them on over clothes, it's very difficult to move the clothes (I had put them on my wrists, so rolling up my sleeves was a perpetual ordeal, and every time I forgot I was wearing them and tried to remove a layer, I would get them caught in my clothes. Then again, I've never worn anything like these.) As long as you're mindful of where they are and you don't have issues with constricting clothing, though, it's just a matter of getting used to having them there.Read full review

Perfect for walking at night
Got this for myself and 3 of my friends who often walk at night. Great for increased visibility and easy to wear on the arm over a coat or parka.
