I was skeptical
Had a very small hairline crack in basement wall, all the way up. Lately saw just a slight bit of moisture surrounding the crack in heavy rains as the cement pad next to the house had sunk and was now angled back to the house. This crack had been dry for 10 years previous but I was getting ready to finish out the wall so didn't want to take any chances.
Did research and selected Crack-Pac flex H2O to use. Good reviews all over, for good reason. Followed the instructions to a tee. About a third of the crack actually was above ground level on that part of my basement. After I was done injecting I went outside to look at crack and sure enough the liquid had expanded into foam and was protruding out the other side of the crack (8" poured foundation). So for sure it was making it all the way through the crack to the other side. Have read that it cost around $700-$900 for one crack to have someone come and do this for you. It took me around 2 hours, including reading all instructions (3 times), mixing, applying and then injecting. Might not have even been quite that long. I still have half of the pack left except for the injection ports which you can buy separately. VERY good product.Read full review
