It doesn't stay in one place while on carpet.
I am left with lower shoulder pain which I don't like. It doesn't stay in one place unless grounded. So, it was hard to get going. If a person such as self sticks to it I will see results. I think it was pricey for what its worth. Yes, it is easy to use and you can watch t.v. and keep on working out. It took couple times to feel the burn but I am ready for it. Hopefully, I will do fine and be happy once I stick to it. i have a new puppy that seems to think he is going to work out with me. This is a very well made product worth the money. The only thing I would change is to make the seat bigger, after all it is for people trying to lose weight, or scoot the seat up so it's more accessible. Will probably be perfect for skinny people.
