Great media player for the money.
Can't think of any negatives. Gets the job done. Plays just about everything.

Quadphase HP
Very nice light for the money. Not really fancy but does a good job. These work best in clusters, I have six and with some atmospherics you get very nice looks.

Truly a beast
Well, we have four of these and more bottom end than you can imagine. They really add depth and fullness to the overall sound. We match these with VP1520Ds but VP122ODs would also work well. These guys are really, really heavy. To deal with that, I made 21" square caster plates which we strap on with a ratchet strap. You cannot attach casters directly because the top and bottom are molded plastic. Another tip is since these are Class D amps, you want to feed them with a very 'stiff' power supply. I replaced the standard power cables with 25' 14 guage IEC cables (which you can get on Ebay for about $20 each). The built in crossover works well and allows you to find the right point where the subwoofer merges with the woofer in your top cabinets. Time alignment with your upper cabinet is good since the driver is front loaded, but there is a phase reversal switch if you need it. The 'boost' knob helps get the punch you want. That said, there is an ongoing debate whether 15s or 18s are best for subwoofers, with the live bands preferring 15s for punch, and the DJ folks prefer the 18s for depth. I think the boost knob makes a pretty good compromise. These are 1000 watt RMS, 1400 peak and to be honest, we've never had them at full power because it's just too much for indoor gigs (things are vibrating of the tables and we've seen pictures on the wall move). Outdoor gigs, well this isn't the optimal cabinet design for that sort of venue. Behringer builds solid sturdy gear that holds up well and has features that most others don't and just works. A very cost effective solution to adding fullness to your sound--no more pushing the low end Eq!
