Forever Drink
As the title says, this is my 'forever' hot chocolate. I first bought it because I'd read such good reviews and discovered that it lived up to them. I was having acid reflux probs and finding suitable drinks sent me to search for non-alkalized cocoa powder. This is not only very tasty but is a life saver, in my opinion. Since it's unsweetened you have the option of adding your favorite sweetener. I add the desired amount of cocoa powder to my cup along with a third cup of milk (you can use coconut milk, almond milk, etc.) and heat this in the microwave. I then stir it and fill the cup completely up and place it back in the microwave to finish heating. When removed, I add a bit of coconut sugar. Oh, yummy!
