Nice lens or special applications
In my opinion as a general photo enthusiast this lens is rather useful for special applications : real estate sales, landscape and architectural photos. Limited use for general photography. Also I find it is very tricky to use in backlit situations but pictures after post processing come out acceptable. Sharpness is marginal, construction excellent. In my particular case , this lens is attractive to play around and see what I can do with it, but will not replace my walk-around Tamron 17-50 f 2,8.

2 of 3 found this helpful For its price it is an excellent product and well made.. Does its job with no problems. Cannot go wrong. Great for the occasional use. After al,l how many times you resize a bracelet.t
