Great grinder for those with compromised hands!!
My wife can no longer easily use a 'circular' grinder but this one uses a side-to-side ratchet mechanism to grind peppercorns. Ours broke after a number of years and we ordered one to replace it. Also have a white one for course sea salt.

Newer version of one I have
I bought this one for a gift. It's the newer version of one I have and have been loaning mine to the person I bought this one for for several years. From all appearances, this one appears to be better built than the one I have. So, will wait for the Christmas recipient to let me know exactly how good this one is.
