Effective
I've used this product for a month now and my underarm has whitened (definitely hasn't darkened since using it). It does help that I wax/tweeze. After applying, it takes a couple of minutes to dry since it's a liquid roll-on. This doesn't mattify sweat in the underarm but I norice that I don't have any body odor in the slightest after working out. I'd definitely recommend it; too bad it's not easily accessible in the US.
