This guy is one of the best! Very good for beginners.

You may have heard of people talking about connecting to the Universe. But this guy tells you how. Doing these exercises will make your insides become alive and very real. He said, Nature will start talking to you! And you know what, she did! She has a very calm and smoothing voice. My mouth dropped and my eyes got bigger and said did i hear what i thought i did? The voice was from the inside, not from the outside. Bob Klein is a very good teacher. He talks thoughout the video and tells you very much in a short time. Bob said, Nature will bring people to you asking about this. I was talking to the girl at the GNC store and a guy over heard me talking to her and he said I want to do that! So, i guess i need to start a Chi gung club. Bob has a phone # to ask him 20 questions, if we need too. I think i need to give him a call, about these new friends wanting learn. This is a beautiful video and Bob has me as a friend for life.

The best cue shaft ever

I have been using a Predator shaft for the last 10 years. I thought i was happy with it but, for some reason bought the P Z2 shaft. The control, and the awareness of this, has taken me too not one level. But, two levels higher to my game. I can not see how a cue can get any better than this one already is. ...Had to been found in a crashed space ship or something. All other cues are firewood.

Cotton is the way to go

I was wondering why my sheets did not feel good. Because of plastic, doesn't match up will with our organic bodies. Gone %100 cotton and sleeping like a baby now. Bad sheets means bad sleep... Might go with the high dollar sheets later.
