If you need a Cat for 99-2001 Tracker CA, buy it, but expect fun putting it in.
Hard to install. Body and shielding of cat in the way of manifold bolts. Came with no bolts welded in as the original did.No gaskets. BUT, legal for CA.

Golf Cart Battery Desulfator Desulphator 12 24 36 48 Volt
It can't restore a shorted out battery, BUT, it worked GREAT on on one I had stored for 1.5 Years ! It was a 12 volt car battery.
