lower price, lower quality
The risk of buying very cheap stuff is that you can not expect high quality in them. This is the case of this tripod, however, it fulfills its function: to support the camera

Nice device, but can be improved
Garmin nuvi 2595 is really a complete device for the price you have. GPS + Bluetooth (handsfree for your phone) + book reader + voice commands to the phone and gps.
Reliable, appropriate size to not interfere with the visibility of the road, light when you use it as portable.
Perhaps the only downside is the battery life, no more than two hours. It could be improved by Garmin and I'm sure he would win many more fans
