Does not fit corectly in the slot.
1 of 1 found this helpful Shipping: Great. Installation: Easy. Mechanics: Poor. When closing the tailgate the Gate rubs the shock. There is no space between the shock and gate? I would think there would be at least a small gap there. Operation is fine and the Wife loves it. I don't know how long the shock will last with pressure on it all the time in the closed position. I tried to make adjustments as needed to acquire a gap. I could not.
