GREAT PHONE, ONLY DOWNFALL IS AFTER I HAD PHONE AWHILE I HAVE TO OPEN IT TO CALL, CAN'T DIAL FROM OUTSIDE PAD AND WHEN I UNLOCK IT IT GOES DIRECTLY BACK TO LOCK BUT NOT A BIG DEAL...THANKS, COLLEEN
