This is everything that it is advertised to be. It is of good quality, and it works well. The 18" Tiger Tail is a bit short for massaging the back and neck, so you may want to consider the 22" model.

Attaching the shower head

Some who bought this shower head said that it tightened in an awkward position. That was true for me, but all I did was anchor the base with a wrench and adjust the shower head with my hand until it was exactly the way I wanted it. This is fairly easy to do.
