Beyond Expectations
2 of 2 found this helpful As I prepared to get my 2nd Smart Watch I was going through all the available options and finally narrowed to the Huawei Watch (1st Gen) & the Huawei Watch 2 Sport edition. The 1st gen was still a good looking smartwatch and I would have still bought it, the only things stopping me from getting that is it may not be in to receive any future android wear updates, however the more recent huawei watch 2 is more likely to be in the run for android updates atleast for the next year or two. The main concern as per the reviews is the small display, but apart from that its a pretty good smart watch after all.
The battery life is much of a relief for me, coming from the LG Urbane which I had to charge every night without fail, this one is much better. I mostly end my day with 60% or more battery left, I haven't tested it leaving it without charging overnight, but am sure it will surely last 2 days going by the pattern which is a real surprise for me.
Also the watch is pretty light though it looks bulky, and the in watch call quality is above average, its descent enough for short calls on the move.
