A must for New England Rosarians
I read about this book in my local paper which was profiling a garden that, in part, had great success with roses. The gardener profiled recommended this book, saying it was her bible for roses. Sure enough, the book provides really important information for cold climate growing of roses--planting depth is very, very different, for one thing. The kinds of climbers recommended was another important part of the book for me since I've had so-so success with climbers and winter care for them is always a nightmare of a chore come Fall. It's a great book, and I highly recommend it. And I got an incredible deal on it on Ebay--so this was really a win-win-win for me!

Let's hear it for chickens!
The chicken headgear fits nice and snugly so it stays on your head. The beak comes down long enough to hide your mouth. The eyes, perhaps, could be a little bigger, but I bought these dazzling glasses to adorn the chicken mask, and they were a really big hit. The outfit was perfect. Thanks for a great product! It brought lots of laughs, especially to me!
