Effective Anti-Inflammatory
1 of 1 found this helpful I've been using this for months p.r.n. for pain. I have back problems as well as arthritis in my hips and if I take this with ibuprofen, it helps with the pain. I've never tried regular strength Curamin; however, a friend has tried other curcumin products by different manufacturers as well as this one and says this works better.
