Health Solutions Coconut Oil 3000 mg
These help give you energy and I immediately noticed this within a day of taking them. I Don't recommend taking these if you drink a lot of caffeine.
These are a great alternative instead of drinking coffee or tea that's caffeinated. I take 2 in the morning and I feel full of energy. (You can take 3 a day)
It doesn't list caffeine on the label and this is a great alternative if you're lacking energy & don't drink caffeinated drinks but need a boost to get going.

Evita CD
I owned the movie and the CD. I think Madonna did a superb job in her singing, acting including Antonio Banderas who can sing, dance, and act. Banderas is a multi talented man gifted and an absolute delight to watch. I owned other movies that he was in. This CD won't disappoint & I loved it. I saw some negative reviews about Madonna being compared to the original cast which is also superb. I like both of them.
