Very effective, but go slowly!

Cats have 2 sphincters so you have to go real slow, and keep plunging liquid a little as you remove from the cat so as not to create suction (pain!) for your cat. They may throw up if you go too fast (not dangerous just messy), and my 14 lb aby just needs 1/2 the syringe. For long term constipation issues try 1/4 tsp Miralax daily in the food, for more info see feline constipation dot org

Wow!!!
I am using Paleo Flour from Bob's Red Mill and this thing is awesome! Seemed like a drag to clean at first, but there's virtually no residue so I just wipe with a hot damp towel and let dry. Heats up in about 1 minute to the high setting, no on-off switch but for the price it's incredible! Also it sits upright like the fold up model, it just doesn't fold up.
