  This buyer cancelled a paid for transaction without notice or a good reason other than they did not know how to ship the soap in a padded flat rate envelope and decided to renege on the completed sale to avoid shipping the item in a medium flat rate box per their mistaken explanation. They did refund the purchase price but barely escaped their first negative feedback. I found the exact same product from another seller with a better working knowledge of how to ship bar soap in a FRPE..

  The neutral feedback imo is uncalled for. I had a shipping calculator mishap, apologized, and sent the buyer their refund immediately. Buyer (I suppose) is incapable of making any mistakes.
