The best Pilates program for all ages and abilities.
This Pilates Body Control DVD actually helped rehabilitate my body after a serious illness. It continues to be part of my overall exercise program for the past several years. So, I thought a duplicate would be a good idea. It was offered at a very reasonable price and its' quality is the same.
This workout can be done by all ages and fitness levels. It is often unavailable at any price, so it was a great find. I'd buy it again as a gift for the health conscience exerciser.
