Awful purchase
Bought phone for my MaMa and took phone to Verizon to be activated. Contacts could not be transferred to this phone. Verizon tech
stated that phone was malfunctioning and would not allow contacts to transfer over. Contacts would have to be manually loaded. My mother is 78yrs. of age, far too many contacts to be loaded manually. Never had this problem before when switching phones.

Very good purchase.
