Great to quit smoking
However you will be addicted to the gum in place of smoking. Needs to be 1 mg
Then .5 mg to wean you off the nicotine

Had I known this was damaged I would of passed.
Came damaged, top bottle crushed seal was broken and too flip top was not even on the top at all or in the plastic packaging. Looked like it fell off a truck. The fact the actual seal itself was broke made me afraid to use this product.

Great Probiotic
