Doesn't work for what I bought it for.

Got instructions inclosed with this item. I can't use it as I planned. It just doesn't work for what I wanted it for, and that is to hook up two TV's, to the Cable Box! The instructions I got, with this product, should be published on line, and tell people it doesn't work for hooking up two TV's from a a cable box, not assuming all people would know that.
