G Free Diet
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought two copies, one for my husband and one for my daughter because they both have wheat allergies, but not Celiac Disease. Elizabeth shares her experiences, and explains what foods to avoid, and how you handle eating away from home. It reinforced what we already knew and offered some new ideas. There was one discrepancy we couldn't reconcile - she said to substitute rye bread in the beginning of the book and further on said not to eat it. We checked in the store and rye bread definitely contains wheat flour. Overall, I think it is a good book, especially for Celiac challenged individuals.
