NEED MANUAL!
If we could get an English manual, it would really great! None on line are worth a darn!

Does not work!
Windows phone plugs in but does not come up on the big screen, have tried all the suggested mods to my screen no change! Screen comes on and then off repeatedly!

Quality product, good engineering, very poor instructions and support!
Nicely engineered China product seems to work, but the emphasis is on a TOY type product.
It is not, but we wanted something that will do engraving of labels not burring toy stuff into stuff!
Maybe we expected more! Again, the product itself is very good and sturdy, the support is almost non-existent!
Trying to figure out how to burn a simple plastic label has so far taken me many hours, no help, you must fend for yourself!
Truly, a “hobby” product has not yet matured!
