Perfect fit!
Just as described, factory box and all. Perfect fit, but I recommend pushing it into place with a finger on each side, then tightening the screws a bit on each side and not crank down too hard. Finally, tighten as much as it felt when loosening the screws. AAA+ seller, great price.

No installation directions, but I used a screwdriver to push the locking ring back.
