Intake Manifold Clamps and Gaskets`
I thought I'd take a chance on these and use them over a '76 manifold with o-rings. It didn't work out. The clamps are not as heavy duty as OEM but would probably last just as long. No regrets on buying them. They will up for bid at my site soon.

Three out of Four ain't bad
1 of 1 found this helpful I purchased three of these because they were cheap $10.00 and made in Japan. If I have to use an engine part that is not made in America, Japan is my second choice. Chinese and Asian crap scares the BeJesus out of me.
Not too many people work on their Harley's, unlike me, who is fortunate enough to have clung onto my '76 Shovelhead. The newer Harley's can't be worked on without buying thousands of dollars worth of tools and knowing how to use them, kinda like a Honda or Yamaha. That probably explains why there are so many cagers riding Harleys now days, because if they had to had to make a clutch adjustment or change out a Hydraulic unit every now and then... they'd sell their bikes.
Out of the four lifters that I bought one of them wouldn't pump up. I wasn't happy about having to reset that push rod but then at least I knew how and why and wouldn't have to call the Harley dealership to come pick up their re-badged Honda.
Continue airing up your tires boys. Show your old lady you know how to wrench on your scoot every now and then.
Shovelheads Forever!
