High milage and comfortable hands.
For those of us who do endurance ridding and are spending many hours with ours on the handle bars the extra bit of comfort that comes from a good bar tape is very much appraised. If you goals for the coming year are some high milage events, this is worth the time and money. It's also a nice winter project, and when spring comes the bike well look and feel really good.

The quick and easy fix!
Helo. G-shock watch bands were out after a few years, but replacing them is really easy. You will need a 1.8mm screwdriver and a replacement wrist band. Remove the two small screws from the ends of the bands, then push out the long thin tubes from upper wristband. This will free the bands from the watch housing. Press the new bands on, insert the rods, install the screws, and your ready to go. Have fun.

Don't settle for budget quality parts.
In these days of constant coast cutting, it's good to still find well made parts. If your a high milage cyclist it's worth time and money to invest in good parts and enjoy those miles in the summer. It'd the details that make the difference.
