Small and Easy to Use
This unit was a snap to setup and connect. I had it going in less than 5 minutes. The small size makes it easy to tuck into an unused corner of a shelf. Even the antenna is short and compact. The shell of the unit is metal which I think helps to make a ground plane for the shorter than quarter wave antenna. I think the small size of these two parts contribute to the quite short range than I experienced even with the power set to High (0.5W). I could not get to the other end of my 40ft. house without using high power. The antenna sits at the back of the unit and so is not centered on the ground plane. This seems to make the propagation somewhat directional. This can be a positive or a negative thing depending on your situation.
The frequency remains stable once set. The line input is a 3.5mm stereo jack so you can connect most modern audio sources such as MP3 players, computers and phones easily. Setting the audio level is as easy as twisting a knob. There does not seem to be any compressor or limiter, so you get the full dynamic range of the source material. This sounds better (in my opinion) than the heavily compressed and limited signal that you get from a commercial FM station, but it does not sound as loud. You can turn the audio input up, but with no compression or limiting you run the risk of over modulating which of course sounds terrible. The other solution is to turn up the receiver that you are using. With the uncompressed signal this makes any hum or background noise more obvious.
The fidelity and frequency response of this unit is very good. I noticed that there are several units that look similar and some even have lower prices. But, these units list a frequency response that only goes down to 80Hz. This unit is specified as going down to 20Hz The entire music spectrum comes through nicely and the bass response is solid all the way to the basement.
The power supply is not a wall wart but has an AC cord that connects to the wall socket and a DC cord that runs to the unit. This makes it nicer to plug into a power strip when other devices are also using that same power strip.
Overall this is a nice unit and well worth the money. I have only had it for a few days but it looks to be well made and I expect it to perform for years to come. On my wish list would be a better (longer) antenna and a compressor limiter circuit.
For a basic transmitter to broadcast around your house, this unit will work just fine.

Work as well as the Expensive Ones
These batteries perform as well as any other battery of this type that I have used. They fit exactly and deliver the same power as the originals. I think they are a great value for the money.

Exact Replacement For Original
I ordered this motor to replace the turntable motor in a friend's microwave oven. This motor was exactly the same part number. It fit perfectly and works just like the original. It is the same quality as the original. I recomment it as a good buy.
