Bourdain's treatment is refreshing, shocking, disgusting,enlightening
Great book, stark views of restaurants from the sewers up
Decidedly a young man's vantage point, NYC the set places
Reminds me of Ben Jonson's play, Barthomew Fair ( set in England) - not for the faint of heart, restaurant eating will never be the same after Tony B.
