Good value, not exactly correct to OEM.

The parts arrived as ordered. The fit is OK but not exact. Hopefully it will reshape itself over time. It was also missing the second passenger side retainer “nub” pin that the OEM has. Not sure if that will matter though. Overall, a good usable product for the price.

HawkEye In Dash Depth Finder/Sounder - Transom Mount OR Glue In-Hull Transducer

Remanufactured in-dash depth finder

I purchased a remanufactured unit to replace my 17 year old original version in my 2004 Yamaha AR230. The exterior packaging was perfect, the interior was used and a bit torn up, but everything was there and in good shape. The unit was a slightly updated version of the original, with a better transducer cable and a shallower dash mount display unit. Everything fit perfectly and powered right up. I have not yet had it in the water, but have no doubt it will work just fine. The added display cover is a nice and needed upgrade as the LEDs tend to to get sunburnt, which is the reason I had to replace the first one. Unfortunately, the cover does not fit on the unit once it is installed in the OEM dash panel slot, due to tight clearance. I will continue with the old fashion way and protect the gauges with a towel. I would definitely recommend this product.
