Probably the most accurate tracker.
I've used this Surge for a month now. It's very accurate on heart rate and step counting. Not perfect but darn close. Misses a few staircases, especially when doing multiple flights at the same time.
It has a good sleep monitor program that tracks time restless as well as awake during the night. Wearing it long term is tough on your skin. I developed a red irritated spot from the band on the side of my wrist. So I turn the heart rate monitor off and just drop it in my cargo pants pocket and it still tracks my steps!!!
Now when working out, you are allowed 7 different types of workout routines carried on your watch. So when you want to shift from treadmill to elliptical you can switch and keep an accurate count of time on each part of your workout as well as steps on each machine. The weights part tracks time and heart rate. Which is handy to track you heart tempo for intensity of your workout.
You can push notification to the surge from several apps. I haven't played with this much, but I do have it push FB notices and texts over. The screen gives a good readout for FB notices, but doesn't show much more than who the texts are from which is a disappointment. But little else will disappoint you about this device.
