Good gate operator for the money

Works great after a little tweaking of the magnetic sensors. Installation is pretty straight forward. Only gripe I have is the remotes are not recognized by my vehicle sun visor transmitter even though the advertised frequency is supposed to work. So I ended up having to order extra remotes.
