WORTH THE PRICE OF ADMISSION!
I bought this, specifically, to listen to Dick Cathcart's playing. On that, I wasn't disappointed... what can I say; great! As for the rest, it brought smiles to my face as I realized just how far we've come from The 50's! It's impossible to remove Jack Webb from his role in "Dragnet"; his acting is essentially the same in both venues. Likewise, Lee Marvin; if you saw him in "The Dirty Dozen" you know what I mean. It was illuminating to hear Ella when her voice was so young and clean; it was startling to realize Peggy Lee smoldered at such a tender age. Overall, a fun outing; I give it a "B"... you'll enjoy it!

IT STINKS...
...but I didn't buy it for its fragrance! It does everything expected insofar as cleaning firearms is concerned and its other uses make it a multi-use marvel. Just keep the work area well-ventilated!

ALMOST A "FOUR-STAR"...
... but not quite. Unlike my K&M 5-Leg In-Bell Trumpet Stand, which works flawlessly, this product is literally, a "not quite". Yes, like the trumpet stand, its 5-leg design makes for absolute stability, but the upper reach of the stand is too thick for my particular flugelhorn and insertion stops long before the bell reaches the felt pads on the "flare" of the stand. I resolved this issue by experimenting with and ultimately employing strips of adhesive-backed foam insulation strips. While, perhaps, somewhat disconcerting to look at it works well. The horn settles nicely on the stand, the foam does nothing to alter stability and, the whole affair still fits in the bell of the horn in the case; which was the point of this purchase in the first place.
