Nice Grille....Bad Clips to Hold It
When the grille came, it was in very good condition, boxed nicely, and the finish looked great. The clips however which hold it onto the factory grille move too much, making it very difficult to install it without removing the old grille to do it. This being my second overlay style grille, the old one which was obviously made by a different manufacturer, had the attachment clips molded into the plastic shell itself. This one uses separate metal one-way clips, which do not protrude out far enough to grab the stock factory grille which must hold it. If you are planning to buy this grille, plan on installing it using some 3M double-sided tape instead of the clips. Three of my clips popped out on their own, and they all go, then your new grille will become road hazard material.
