Good item! Make sure you explore the use of ALL of the possibilites in order to make them work!
This item works well. It's VERY IMPORTANT that the user make certain to use 1 of the 3 sets of gaskets provided to make certain the ear buds stay in their ear canals. Doing so will also to make sure a good seal is made so that the sound from the ear buds will delivered to the users heardrums !
This item will work very well with Kenwood HT's. I bought 2 pair to use with my Kenwood TH-20K radios and these things work very well with them.

Very good piece of equipment to use in field applications!
I'm a conservative Christian guy. I used this item just a few days ago to verify that brainwave activity that I was transmitting in my prayers to God in the field were still the same frequencies I use when I'm using lab test equipment. So while I don't use tis piece as the sole pice in my arsenal to ensure everything is working to spec it provides a very indication that it's very likely I'm transmitting a good signal and that my prayers are beiing heard by God!

Baofeng Pofung 7.4v 3800mAh Li-ion Extended Battery UV-5R BF-F8 BF-F8+ BF-F9
1 of 1 found this helpful I like this item. I did find however that while this battery pack is supposed to fit my radio, I had to sand off the bottom of the radio as result of the molding of the radio's case not allowing the the battery pack to lock in place. This very simple modification took perhaps a few minutes to resolve the issue.
