Great knife
These are the best knives I've owned. Super sharp and they hold their edge a long time. I have nearly the whole set. Be careful, they are very sharp.

Poorly made
The Phister of today is not the same quality of yesterday. This is so cheaply made it started leaking two weeks after install. The design is beautiful, but the quality is not there. The pull out spray head leaks and runs down the handle and into the fitting and under your sink cabinet. It ruined the floor of my new cabinet. This is trash. Do not buy.

Good battery, but a little snug in the Versapak tools
Since Black and Decker discontinued the Versapak tool line, (and more recently stopped making the batteries), the only way to keep your old Versapak tools alive is to acquire non-OEM replacement batteries. The Versapak idea by B&D was an excellent one because you could keep your tools running and when the batteries would no longer hold a charge, you just bought a new battery. I guess B&D figured out they were losing sales because people were able to keep their tools running longer and thus, not disposing of old tools and buying new ones. Such a shame that B&D discontinued the Versapak idea.
Anyway, this is a great battery. It holds a charge much longer than the OEM gold battery. I was able to use it in the "Scum Buster" and cleaned two shower/tub combinations with just one battery. Compare that to the OEM gold battery where I could only seem to get through one shower/tub before I needed to install a freshly charged battery. I used it in my pivot driver and the tool seemed to have new life as the power it supplied the tool was amazing.
The people who sell this battery are very nice, they answered my questions timely and shipped the product quickly and this manufacturer warrants this battery for 2 years, which is great.
That said, the only real negative is that this battery is just a hair too large to slide easily in and out of the charger or tools. While they work, you need to push and tug to get them in and out of some tools. I compared it's size to the original OEM gold batteries that I have and they are visibly (slightly) bigger in circumference. I have several chargers and a couple of them were too tight for the battery to fit into, thus the charger light wouldn't come on and the battery would not charge. I managed to get them to work after trying a couple of different chargers that they would fit into. The battery seems to work best if the tool or charger has a little "play" in it, so it will fit without too much restriction. In the end, there are slight differences in each Versapak tool so these batteries could either fit fine or be a little snug. If the manufacturer could resolve the battery size to match the original OEM exactly, this would be a PERFECT replacement battery. I only took off one star for this issue, but otherwise, the batteries are good and hold a charge just like the OEM versions.
