Turn that IPad into a machine
Bought this to make iPad more productive and Wow!!!! Put the laptop away as this has become my go to machine for all things computing on the go. Keyboard has an excellent feel to it. Works as a stand and best of all keys feel so natural. Wish I had bought this ages ago. I have not as yet charged it as it is still going with charge it was delivered and I pretty much use it for 4 hours + a day. Phenomenal piece of kit. So pleased I bought another to futureproof this one but I might have acted a bit premature as the sturdy build of this means that there will be loads of life left in this.
Wish it had some charging points to enable me charge my iPhone as the battery life is very impressive.... hint Belkin. Would definitely recommend to colleagues and friends.

HTC Touch Pro 2 Review
11 of 11 found this helpful With the advent of the Apple Iphone, the HTC Touch Pro dares to be different offering the user a world of capabilities. At first impression the phone is very sturdy and has a feel right attitude about it. It certainly gives you the wow factor amongst other thaings. At first impression out of the box once the sim card is inserted and upon screen calibration you can start using the smartphone right away. note that i say smartphone and not phone as it offers much more. I have setup mine to receive mail via microsoft exchange, i have skype configures and also msn running at all times and to be honest the phone has outperformed all in the markey place at he minute.
The touch flo screen is easy to use and makes navigation a joy with your finger tips.
i took the plunge of updating the phone to windows mobile 6.5 as the windows mobile 6.1 just looks old in comparison, it is available from all good sources but once done, WOW this phone eats anything out there at the minute. I run TomTom 7 with geotagging meaning i can enable the camera, take a picture and within tomtom choose the option to navigate to the picture. i normally get a fix on tomtom within 10 seconds and this tends to be my main navigation aaid rather than my tomtom 1 XL. BBC iplayer also works a treat when i am working away from home not to mention the capability of turning the phone into a wireless access point thus again saving numerous bills when one wants to work on their laptop ia 3g. Download speeds are also brilliant my provider is o2 and to date i have had no problems on signals and the like apart from being on the motorway... but who hasn't?
Beware though that one has to bear in mind that this has an excellent scren and one must ensure that they either turn on the backlight sensor to regulate the screen brightness which otherwise means that the battery runs down a lot quicker. with my heay ususage i find that i am having to charge the phone ecery other day as all my communications ports are turned on.
i thoroughly recommend handandgo, resco, spb for additional software to enable ease of use. although not important it can further taylor the phone to your needs. From the onset when yiu start using the phone you find yourself asking the question what else can the phone do...... i discoered a bit of standard software on it today, "worldcard mobile" in short forget carry the business cards of your colleagues, just take a picture with your phone and it uses the text recognition software to import the relevant fields.
i know some say the htc touch pro is geared at the highly technie but trust me the phone is designed to even make my 3 year old son feel comfortable when he plays teeter
my recommendation for what it is worth get it!
