Phenomenal 50mm f/1.4, excellent build.
1 of 1 found this helpful I am a very active photographer and own over 15 50mm-ish primes. The collection include Yashica ML's, Minoltas, Konicas, Russian Jupiter 3, Industar 50-2, Helios 44-2 and Tomioka 55mm f/1.4 and Other 55mm Super Takumars.
Takumars are extremely well built and very easy to service, I restore vintage lenses and these are a joy to work on.
I received this lens with mild fungus that was easily removed and cleaned, it was also lubricated and now has buttery smooth focus.
Optically, you this is a very hard 50mm to beat, it is contrasty wide open and has very good outlining. Being an f/1.4, it does very well in dimly lit situations. Mine has no yellowing form the radioactive elements but still has excellent colors, more on the warm side which is nice. Yashicas tend to be cooler.
Like crayons, this one has it's intended use and is a phenomenal lens with awesome build, after the CLA, this lens wont need any more servicing anytime soon. I bought mine for cheap, in mint mechanical condition, all for less than $40. Just get one.

Looks like the correct part, it is not.
I had a bad right lower control arm bushing and I figured, considering I would have to remove the old arm, press out the old bushing and install a new one, it would take so much more time and money. figuring I could just buy another arm to slap on, I discovered this part is wrong in so many ways.
1) the inner bushing width is too wide to fit the stock pivot point.
2) the end link hole is bigger than stock, by a good amount.
3) the radius rod threads are way bigger than stock, you'll need another set of bolts to make it work.
Conclusion, this is not a direct fit for a 91 Honda Prelude, save your money and buy a real one.

Awesome replacement for Fuji XPRO1 Diopter!
I bought a used Fuji XPRO1 that was missing the diopter, it is almost impossible to find a Fuji replacement and I do have corrected eyesight with glasses, these fit the camera perfectly, bought 2 just in case, awesome find!
